SHIPPING AND RETURNS

MAKKERANT creates products using made-to-order 3D printing. Orders are processed after payment confirmation and cannot be cancelled or modified once printing has started.

Since most items are custom-made, returns and refunds are generally not available. If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing issue, or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos, and we’ll work to resolve it.

Minor variations in colour or surface finish are normal with 3D-printed products and are not considered defects.

Customers uploading their own designs are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use them. We may decline orders that are unsuitable for printing.

Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
