All products offered by MAKKERANT are manufactured using made-to-order 3D printing processes. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation. Once an order is confirmed and production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled or modified, except where required under applicable law.

As most products are customized or printed on demand, returns and refunds are not applicable once the manufacturing process has begun. However, in case a product is delivered in a damaged condition, has a manufacturing defect, or does not conform to the order specifications, customers may raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team along with supporting images or videos. Upon verification, MAKKERANT will provide an appropriate resolution in the form of a replacement or refund, as deemed suitable.

Minor variations in colour, surface texture, or finish may occur due to the nature of the 3D printing process and material characteristics. Such variations are inherent to the manufacturing process and shall not be considered defects.

Customers uploading their own 3D models confirm that they hold the necessary rights, permissions, or licenses for the designs submitted. MAKKERANT shall not be liable for any infringement of intellectual property rights arising from customer-provided content. The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are clearly indicated at the time of checkout. Delivery timelines provided are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
